 Clients are also given the opportunity to participate in Tenant In Common ownerships, TIC’s.  This allows individuals to use smaller amounts of funds while increasing the variety of their portfolio.  We currently own and manage high quality investments in California & Arizona giving us a unique familiarity with two differing markets
